Terms and conditions of shipping and delivery

Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped by courier. Shipping costs range from € 7.50 (SETT / 50 euros) to € 32.96 based on the amount of material required.

Shipping costs include handling and packing charges and postal charges. Operating costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. The weight of the products is only fictitious and is used to calculate shipping costs.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two separate orders separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each one. Your package will be sent at your risk, but special attention will be given to fragile items.

The shipment is concluded upon receipt of the package with signature obligation. The cases of non-receipt of the goods and the relative provisions are explained below:

- If the goods, sent by courier, do not arrive by the deadline, the Customer must contact DEART POLISTIROLO at the number indicated on this site 0816588930.

- If the goods have not been delivered due to the impossibility of the customer to receive it, the latter must first contact the courier through the references that are left by the courier itself for cases of non-receipt of goods and, in the event that this operation it is not possible, the number for customer assistance indicated on this site 0816588930.

- If the shipment of the goods does not take place within the agreed time or the courier in charge does not deliver the goods within the expected delivery time, DEART POLISTIROLO will contact the customer as soon as possible and, according to the latter's needs, will search to establish another delivery time. In the event that it is not possible to reach an agreement to this effect, DEART POLISTIROLO will reimburse the customer the entire amount paid.

The boxes are adequately large and your articles are well protected. However, DEART POLISTIROLO cannot guarantee the safety of the packages until they are received. Therefore, in the event that the Buyer finds any external damage to the packaging or the mismatch in the number of packages must immediately:

- Accept the parcel subject to written control on the proof of delivery of the Courier. In this case, if the purchaser detects the damage to the product, he must report the damage within 2 working days of delivery, by sending a registered letter to DEART POLISTIROLO SRL, located in via Molino Vecchio, 6 80011 Acerra (NA ). In addition to the reason for the complaint, the Purchaser must also specify the purchase order number and the tax documentation. or

- Refuse the acceptance of the damaged package by writing in writing the reason on the waybill that the Courier requires to sign upon receipt of delivery.

If the Buyer does not act in the manner and in the terms indicated above, he will lose the rights to the replacement or refund.
